The Problem
In 2023, our founder Sarah was a solo technical recruiter managing 12 open positions. She was drowning. 400 AI-generated resumes per week. A Google Sheet with 47 tabs. Email threads lost in the void. Three candidates ghosted her because she forgot to follow up.
The Attempt
She tried Greenhouse ($10k setup fee—no thanks), Lever (too complex for one person), and BambooHR (great for HR, terrible for recruiting).
The Realization
Recruiters don't need enterprise software. They need a tool that:
